Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
